Postoperative cognitive dysfunction is a known phenomenon whereby higher cognitive function is slow to return, often taking weeks before full functionality is restored.

Was that what was happening to me?

I was requested to write a blog about discipline i.e. using time effectively.

The two words in that previous phrase - "time" and "effectiveness" are two of three concepts essential to getting to that place of "discipline".

Discipline itself is almost a dirty word, because it implies you need to be doing something other than what you are doing. i.e. you must "discipline" your Self to do this, instead of doing that. Right?

About a year ago I started to feel uneasy about my position as CEO of BodyChance.

I wasn't doing enough. At least, that's what my mind told me. But the facts gave another story: In that year, BodyChance as a company had grown 31%. Our profit line remained flat, but that was because I continued to invest by improving our service and increasing our attraction to new comers.

I wasn't failing - so why did I feel this disease?
