Most days, I don't.

Oh, I'd love to point out to you that:

1. I am a rational, sane human being; with
2. a clear vision and sense of purpose; who
3. single-mindedly pursues his goals; with
4. the clarity of a summer's day.

Yes, I try to project that image.

At BodyChance, I guess the bankers still think we are stiffing the books.

They look at our Pro school's retention rate - over 85% - then compare that to other schools on their books. We're off the charts. Hmmm. REALLY?

Yes, really. When people believe, they are loyal. They become ardent, even radical. We all know that feeling - we've been through it, even if it has cooled off.

When I was considering doing this daily emailed blog - oh yes, it took 6 months of DeepThinking to commit! - I tried to find my deepest purpose: the clear mission.

Better question – who writes a blog on Xmas day?!

The day is to celebrate the things that make life worthwhile: love, compassion, friendship, family, giving, receiving.

Out of retreat and in London with my children. It's 9.30pm and my two girls are finally asleep after a long flight from Tokyo. I am sitting at my desk in the Savoy, excited to be soon offering my workshop to a good gathering of students, teachers and friends on August 4th in Regents Park. Are you coming?

It's going to be the School of You: you are the doer of your business, not your business the doer of you. Anyway, saying I am all "refreshed" delivers a distorted image of what I was up to the last 9 days!

Our friends all suffer from our personality disorders, yet we rarely see or understand them ourselves - although these days I am coming to notice my own more clearly. To me it is perplexing - why is that a problem for other people? How can I possibly change this aspect of myself? Is it my problem or theirs? Finding answers only comes when the information about the disorder is clear.
